A markdown editor that lets you write in the rendered view, like a word processor, and keeps the markdown underneath. Fast, and it works offline.
Where we're going
Simple .md is the first of several. The apps that follow are unrelated to it, and to each other — different problems, different shapes. What they have in common is how they're built, not what they do. Some will start on the Mac and reach the phone later; some the other way round.
Nothing moves without you
We don't run servers. Nothing you write or record reaches us, because there's nowhere for it to reach. Where an app can sync, share or export, it goes where you told it to — and nowhere else.
The same app, every screen it reaches
Not every app goes everywhere. The ones that do behave the same when they get there — whichever device they started on.
Shipped, then improved
An app ships when it's genuinely useful — not when it's finished, because nothing is. What we won't do is put out a preview and walk away from it.
