How we build
Every application starts with the person using it — the aim is to give you a tool worth reaching for again and again, and the quiet confidence that your data is never the product. Privacy isn't a feature we added; it's the foundation the rest is built on.
Nothing moves without you
We don't run servers. Nothing you write or record reaches us, because there's nowhere for it to reach. Where an app can sync, share or export, your data goes where you told it to go — and nowhere else.

Every app we take somewhere will look, feel and behave the same when it gets there.
Shipped, then improved
An app ships when it's genuinely useful — not when it's finished, because nothing is. What we won't do is put out a preview and walk away from it.
